Israeli forces kill two Palestinians in West Bank clash

NABLUS, West Bank (Reuters) - Israeli security forces killed two armed Palestinians in clashes in the occupied West Bank on Tuesday, witnesses and the Israeli army said.

They added that the Israeli forces surrounded the house of Ibrahim al-Nabulsi, a senior leader in the Al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigades of Fatah, who has long been on Israel's wanted list, and called him out.

Nabulsi, who was holed up inside with other gunmen, refused to surrender, and a gun battle with Israeli forces ensued, in which shoulder-fired missiles were also used.
