Ankara says the Palestinian authorities welcome the normalization of relations between Turkey and Israel

ANKARA (Reuters) - Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu said on Tuesday that the Palestinian authorities, including various political factions, welcome the normalization of relations between Turkey and Israel and want dialogue to continue. In an interview with Haber Global TV, Cavusoglu said that a candidate for the position of the country's ambassador to Israel will be presented to President Recep Tayyip Erdogan in the "coming days." Turkey and Israel said last week that they would reappoint ambassadors to each other, four years after they were expelled over the killing of 60 Palestinians by Israeli forces during protests
