"The American occupation forces stole a new batch of Syrian oil from Al-Jazeera fields and transferred it to their bases in Iraqi territory," SANA news agency reported. The agency quoted local sources from the Yarubiyah countryside in the Hasaka countryside as saying that "a column of the American occupation forces, consisting of 88 tankers filled with stolen Syrian oil, left today from the illegal Mahmudiyah crossing and entered Iraqi territory." The sources pointed out that the convoy "left the Syrian territories in batches towards the bases of the American occupation in northern Iraq." Last week, the American forces took out more than 300 tankers loaded with oil through the illegal crossings.
