“The Presidency of the Two Holy Mosques” launches the “Tayseer” service for the pilgrims

The Undersecretary of the Two Holy Mosques Affairs for Women's Affairs, Dr. Noura bint Halil Al-Dhuwaibi, launched the "Tayseer" service, as part of the exhibition of Architecture and Service of the Two Holy Mosques.

Al-Dhuwaibi explained - according to what was reported by the Saudi Press Agency "SPA" today, Wednesday, that this comes as part of the presidency's efforts to employ artificial intelligence and digital electronic transformation to serve the Two Holy Mosques and their destinations.

For her part, the Assistant Undersecretary for Women’s Technology, Digital Transformations and Artificial Intelligence, Juma bint Saad Al-Ghamdi, confirmed that the service aims to facilitate dealing with technical transactions, as work is being done to list important links, approved forms and e-mail, in addition to creating a visual library that includes explanations of the services provided, which Actively contributes to the improvement, arbitration and evaluation of works.

In a related context, the Spatial Guidance Department introduced the application of the Manarat Al-Haramain platform, distributed electronic headphones, and continued the work of the Grand Mosque landmarks initiative in languages, in addition to cooperating with government agencies and building bridges of communication with them, such as the Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah by providing specialized translators in the approved languages ​​at the main points within The corridors of the Grand Mosque and the Saudi Red Crescent Authority provide simultaneous verbal translation of patients in their native languages, and cooperate with the Security Force of the Grand Mosque in sorting vehicles according to the tracks assigned to them.
