Al -Kazemi calls on the forces in Iraq to resort to the logic of dialogue to solve the political crisis

Iraqi Prime Minister Mustafa Al -Kazemi affirmed today, Monday, that the early elections came in response to the demands of the people, calling on parties and forces to resort to the logic of dialogue to solve the political crisis.
Al -Kazemi said - in a statement carried by the Iraqi News Agency (conscious) - that on this day last year, he accomplished the most important clause in the government program, as early legislative elections, characterized by integrity and professionalism, were held by the certificate of the United Nations and all observers, indicating that these early elections were It came in response to the demands of the people, and the invitation of the rational reference to respond to it and participate in it.

He added that general circumstances have proven to the election experience that the violation of the polls must be linked to the belief of all political forces participating in them with democratic principles, and the practice of political action according to their cultural context and values.

He said we have worked during the past two years, on a different approach that governs dialogue, understanding, cooperation and partnership, and we adopted calm and rationality in dealing with events and situations, despite the non -fair attacks that we were subjected to, and all of this with the aim of devoting calm and stability that the country needs, and in order to establish a political culture that depends on Democratic values, reject violence and tyranny.

The Iraqi Prime Minister called on all parties and political forces to resort to the logic of calm and constructive sane dialogue to solve the political crisis, and to push comprehensive national solutions, which strengthen democracy, and support the pillars of stability and prosperity.

In the same context, the United Nations Mission in Iraq called on the actors in the country to dialogue and meet the needs of the people, stressing that Iraq does not have much time, and that the long -term crisis warns of more instability and also threatens ways to live citizens.

She emphasized that the approval of the budget of 2023 before the end of the year is urgent, noting that tireless efforts were made in the past weeks and months for all actors to start a path towards political stability, but to no avail.

She pointed out that it is now time for the political class to bear the responsibility and match the sayings with the actions, stressing all actors to engage in a dialogue without preconditions and collectively agree on the main results by making concessions that reaffirm their declared goal, which is to meet the needs of the Iraqi people and form a government With full and active powers.
