Israeli media reported, at dawn today, Friday, that two Israeli police officers were wounded by live bullets, and were run over, in the Arab city of "Kafr Qassem" inside the Green Line (the 48 territories).
The Israeli "Seventh" channel said that the driver of the car that carried out the run-over operation was neutralized, and that the Israeli security services are searching for two other perpetrators of the operation, and the two officers were transferred to a hospital, and their injuries were described as simple.
Video footage from a surveillance camera showed officers being run over and shot.. Israeli reports indicated that the driver of the vehicle was killed, while another fled the site.
Last November, the Israeli occupation army announced that a run-over operation was carried out by a Palestinian near the village of Mikhmas, in the district of Ramallah, which resulted in the injury of a female soldier.
