A Palestinian young man was wounded by Israeli occupation forces in Jenin

A Palestinian youth was injured during the Israeli occupation forces storming the town of Kafr Dan, west of Jenin, in the northern West Bank.

Eyewitnesses reported that dozens of military vehicles stormed the town of Kafr Dan amid heavy gunfire, wounding a young man, and besieging a Palestinian house in preparation for its demolition.
On Sunday, a report by Palestinian human rights organizations revealed that the Israeli security services arrested 7,000 Palestinians, including 882 children and 172 women, from the governorates of the West Bank and Gaza Strip during the past 2022.

According to the official Palestinian News Agency (Wafa), the report was issued by four Palestinian institutions: the Commission for Detainees and Ex-Prisoners Affairs, the Palestinian Prisoners Club, Addameer for Prisoner Care and Human Rights, and Wadi Hilweh Center - Jerusalem.

According to the report, the number of Palestinian detainees by the Israeli security services is the highest compared to last year, especially in the West Bank governorates.
