Saudi Foreign Minister: We are working to find a way to deal with the Syrian government

Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan said that countries in the region must work together to find a political solution to the 12-year-old civil war in Syria.
In an interview with Bloomberg TV in Davos, Switzerland, Prince Faisal bin Farhan explained, "We are working with our partners to find a way to engage with the government in Damascus in a way that offers concrete moves toward a political solution." "It will take some work," Bin Farhan added.
The talks of Saudi Foreign Minister Faisal bin Farhan dealt with the two crises in Yemen and Syria, and he also touched on the path of a solution in the Palestinian territories, during his participation in the Davos Forum in Switzerland.
The Saudi minister held meetings with the UN envoys to Syria, Geir Pedersen, and to Yemen, Hans Grundberg.
In his meeting with Pedersen, bin Farhan reviewed the efforts of his country "and the United Nations to reach a political solution to the Syrian crisis, in addition to discussing the most important developments on the regional and international arenas."
