The President of the European Union thanks Egypt for facilitating the efforts to evacuate nationals from Sudan

The President of the Council of the European Union, Charles Michel, discussed with Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi the crisis in Sudan, and Michel thanked Egypt for facilitating the evacuation efforts undertaken by the countries of the world to evacuate their nationals from Sudan.
  Luis Bueno, spokesman for the European Union in the Middle East, conveyed what came in a tweet to the EU president on Twitter, in which he stated that the ceasefire is a common priority.
Michel thanked Egypt for facilitating the evacuation efforts. He added that it was agreed during the phone conversation to continue building broad cooperation between the two sides in areas such as energy, investments, human rights, immigration and combating terrorism.
