Dr. Al-Sadiq Muhammad, Director of the International Agency for Development and Aid, said that the situation in Sudan has become very difficult, especially after a number of humanitarian organizations operating in Sudan suspended their work, after repeated attacks by rebel militias, such as the World Food Program, where the Rapid Support militia killed 3 of its employees. .
The Director of the International Agency for Development and Aid added, in statements to Al-Qahera News Channel: There is an urgent need for supplies for humanitarian organizations, especially hospitals that need urgent medical materials to treat the wounded, in light of the presence of a large number of wounded and a large spread of corpses in the streets of Khartoum that have not been recovered. What threatens a potential environmental disaster, accusing the rebel militias of committing inhumane acts classified as "war crimes".
For its part, the Sudan Doctors Syndicate announced that the number of deaths since the beginning of the clashes has risen to (411) cases among civilians, and (2023) cases of injuries among civilians.
And she added, in a statement on her official Facebook page, "There were many, many injuries and deaths that were not included in this inventory, and she was unable to reach hospitals due to the difficulty of movement and the security situation in the country."
And she continued: There were many deaths and injuries in the recent fighting in the city of El Geneina, which we seek to count the victims, so far we have counted (89) deaths, and we did not obtain and there is no accurate count of the number of injuries, and all hospitals in the city are out of service.
And the Sudanese doctors added that (70%) of the hospitals adjacent to the areas of our confined clashes are suspended from service, out of (86) basic hospitals in the capital and the states, there are (61) hospitals that are suspended from service and (25) hospitals that are fully or partially operating (some of them Provides first aid only) and is also threatened with closure due to the lack of medical staff, medical supplies, water and electricity.
And she continued: (15) hospitals were bombed, and (19) hospitals were forcibly evacuated. Also (6) ambulances were attacked by the military forces, and others were not allowed to pass to transport patients and deliver aids.
