The practices of the Israeli occupation forces against the Palestinians continue in separate places in the occupied territories, and according to media reports, the death toll, injuries, and detainees among Palestinians at the hands of the occupation forces have increased.
Today, Monday, the Israeli occupation forces arrested 9 Palestinians from separate areas in the occupied West Bank. According to the Middle East News Agency, which added, “Palestinian security sources said that four young men from Jenin were arrested during raids on the towns of the governorate, and while they were passing through military checkpoints spread in the governorate located in the northern West Bank, which is a stronghold of the Palestinian resistance.
The sources added that two young men were arrested from the "Bab Hatta" neighborhood and the town of "Beit Surik" in occupied Jerusalem, in the central West Bank.
The occupation forces arrested a young man from the city of "Beitunia" west of Ramallah, in the central West Bank, after raiding his house, while another young man was arrested during the occupation's raid on the "Nour Shams" camp, east of the city of "Tulkarem", in the northwest of the West Bank.
In Tubas, in the northeastern West Bank, the occupation forces arrested a released prisoner who spent 17 years in the occupation prisons.
Today, Monday, the Palestinian Ministry of Health announced the death of the 17-year-old Jibril Muhammad al-Lada’a, who succumbed to wounds he sustained, and the wounding of 6 others, during the Israeli occupation forces’ incursion into the “Aqabat Jabr” camp, south of Jericho, in the eastern occupied West Bank.
Large forces of the occupation army stormed the camp and surrounded a number of citizens' homes, which led to clashes, as a result of which the stunned child was wounded with live bullets in the head and 6 others were wounded, 3 of whom were described as serious, and they were taken to the hospital, and it was announced that the boy had recovered. Lada later succumbed to his wounds.
The director of the Prisoners' Club in Jericho, Eid Brahma, said - in a press statement - that the occupation forces arrested, during their raid into the camp, the secretary of "Fatah" in the camp, Ahmed Jihad Abu Al-Assal, and Ahmed Jaber Wahdan.
For the tenth day in a row, the Israeli occupation authorities continue to close the entrances and exits of the city of Jericho from several sides, stopping citizens' vehicles at their military checkpoints in the city and its camp, searching them, and forcing their owners to wait for hours.
