Brussels: Europe and the Arabs
The Moroccan Ambassador to Brussels, Mohamed Amer, participated in the celebration that was held yesterday, Friday, on the occasion of Africa Day, which was hosted by the Belgian capital in one of the major hotels.
In a special statement to "Europe and the Arabs" about Morocco's participation in the celebration through its own pavilion with other African countries, the ambassador said that Morocco's participation has more than one meaning because Morocco is an African country par excellence in terms of history, culture, human and spiritual aspects, and what Morocco is doing under the leadership of His Majesty King Mohammed VI for the benefit of Africa is a great and unprecedented work, whether in the security, intellectual, religious, financial, cultural or environmental field, and Morocco has today become a major actor in Africa
During the celebration, African countries were keen to participate in a pavilion that reflects the culture and arts and all the ways of tourist attractions for each country. These countries presented well-known dishes. The Moroccan pavilion received a great turnout from the participants, and the Moroccan ambassador was keen to be present in the pavilion and welcome the ambassadors and other participants.
