The "ruling" Mauritanian Justice Party won a comfortable majority in the parliamentary elections; After it exceeded 100 seats, according to the partial results announced by the Mauritanian Election Commission, today, Sunday, in the capital (Nouakchott), for the second round of the elections that were organized yesterday.

The results showed that the "ruling" party won more than 23 seats in the second half, in addition to the 80 seats it achieved in the first half. To become 103 seats out of 176 seats, is the number of seats in the Mauritanian parliament.

In these elections, the "ruling" Justice Party faced strong competition from the majority and opposition parties, especially in the first half.
