Bahrain joins the list of countries that urged its nationals to leave Lebanon for their safety

Bahrain urged its nationals in Lebanon to leave "for their own safety."
The Bahraini Ministry of Foreign Affairs said, in a statement on Saturday, that it warns Bahrainis against approaching areas witnessing an armed conflict in Lebanon, and noted "the necessity of adhering to the statements issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in advance about not traveling completely to Lebanon, in order to protect them from exposure to any dangers."
Caretaker Prime Minister Najib Mikati held meetings with Interior Minister Bassam Mawlawi and Foreign Minister Abdullah Bouhabib to follow up developments related to warnings issued by the embassies of Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and Germany to their citizens in Lebanon, according to a statement issued by the cabinet.
The statement indicated that as a result of the research with the military and security leaders, the available data indicated that the security situation in general does not cause concern and panic, and that the political and security contacts to deal with the events of Ain al-Hilweh camp have made advanced strides, and matters are under close follow-up to ensure general stability and prevent disturbing security or targeting citizens, residents and tourists. Arabs and foreigners.
Mikati assigned the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates the task of communicating with the Arab brothers to reassure them of the safety of their citizens in Lebanon.
He also asked the Minister of Interior and Municipalities, Bassam Mawlawi, to convene the Central Security Council to discuss the challenges that Lebanon may face in these tense regional conditions, and to take appropriate decisions to maintain security in all Lebanese regions.
On the other hand, Lebanese caretaker Prime Minister Najib Mikati affirmed his country's respect for the principle of non-interference in the internal affairs of all countries, explaining that Lebanon respects the mechanism to which decision-making is subject in the sisterly State of Kuwait, stressing that it is subject to constitutional, legal and institutional controls. It reflects a deep political civilization rooted in Kuwaiti society.
This came in today's statement, commenting on the statement of the Minister of Economy and Trade, Amin Salam, regarding the reconstruction of wheat silos in Lebanon, and his call on the State of Kuwait to assist in this.
He stressed the depth and strength of the relationship between the two countries and the two brotherly peoples, which will not be impeccable, stressing that the sisterly State of Kuwait has not hesitated to extend a helping hand to Lebanon over the decades.
