The Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs expressed its condemnation and denunciation of the "treacherous" attack on the defense force of the sister Kingdom of Bahrain stationed on the southern border of the Kingdom, which resulted in the martyrdom of a number of soldiers and the injury of others.
The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia - according to what was reported by the Saudi News Agency "SPA" on Tuesday - expressed its sincere condolences to the leadership and people of the sisterly Kingdom of Bahrain, and to the families of the martyrs, wishing a speedy recovery for the injured.
Saudi Arabia affirmed its full support and solidarity with the sisterly Kingdom of Bahrain, reiterating its position calling for stopping the continued flow of weapons to the Houthis, preventing their export into Yemen, and ensuring that they do not violate UN resolutions.
The Secretary-General of the League of Arab States, Ahmed Aboul Gheit, also mourned two naval soldiers who were victims of Operation Decisive Storm and Restoring Hope in Yemen, and they were participating in the Arab coalition forces there. According to a statement issued by the League of Arab States, Aboul Gheit wished a speedy recovery to the wounded who were injured in the same attack, asking God to shower the martyrs with mercy and forgiveness, and to inspire their families with patience.
The Arab Republic of Egypt also condemned, in a statement issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, today, Tuesday, the sinful terrorist attack carried out by the Houthi group against the Duty Force of the Bahrain Defense Force, which is part of the Arab coalition forces participating in Operation Decisive Storm and Restoring Hope on the southern border of the Kingdom of Arabia. Saudi Arabia, which resulted in the martyrdom of an officer, an individual, and a number of wounded while performing their national duty.
Egypt offered its sincere condolences and sympathy to the sisterly Kingdom of Bahrain, its leadership and people, and to the families of the victims in this great tragedy, calling on the Almighty God to bless the martyrs with His vast mercy, to inspire their families with patience and solace, and to grant a speedy recovery to the wounded and injured.
Egypt affirmed its full solidarity with the sisterly Kingdom of Bahrain as a result of this treacherous terrorist attack, calling for the need to continue concerted regional and international efforts to confront terrorism in all its forms, and to put an end to practices aimed at destabilizing the sisterly Arab countries.
