The European Investment Bank confirms its continued support for Tunisia in implementing joint cooperation programmes

The Director of the European Investment Bank’s office in Tunisia, Jean-Luc Roverault, affirmed on Friday the bank’s commitment to continuing to support Tunisia in implementing joint cooperation programmes. Especially at the level of supporting small and medium enterprises and investing in infrastructure, food security and energy transition. This came during his meeting today with the Tunisian Minister of Finance, Siham Al-Boughdiri Namsia, who stressed the keenness to intensify joint work in the next stage to advance this cooperation and accelerate the pace of completion of programmed projects and overcome difficulties that may arise at the level of implementation to achieve the goals set within the specified deadlines, according to what was stated. The two parties discussed the progress of joint cooperation programs between Tunisia and the Bank and ways to develop them further.
