The Palestinian Ministry of Health announced the fall of nearly 400 martyrs, while Palestinian Civil Defense spokesman Mahmoud Basal confirmed that the Israeli occupation is currently committing massacres of all kinds in the Gaza Strip and targeting entire families, calling on the world to intervene to stop the escalation in the occupied territories.
Basal said - in an exclusive statement to Cairo News Channel on Sunday - that we are living in an atmosphere of war in Gaza with the Israeli occupation, which is targeting residential towers, houses and cars, adding that the occupation does not differentiate between a resistance fighter, a citizen, a civil defense team or a medical team. Everyone is the same and it targets everything that moves.
He added that the civil defense crews suffer from a major deficit and their capabilities are modest, and they deal with events according to what is available to them, explaining that the civil defense needs equipment and cranes to retrieve the bodies of martyrs from under the rubble in the Gaza Strip.
The Israeli aggression against the Gaza Strip continues for the second day in a row, causing more martyrs and wounded among safe citizens, and destruction to their homes and property, and to public and private institutions. According to what was reported by the Middle East News Agency
The Palestine Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA) reported that at least 20,363 displaced Palestinians took shelter in 44 UNRWA schools in all areas of the Gaza Strip except Khan Yunis, as a result of the Israeli raids on the Gaza Strip.
UNRWA confirmed, according to the United Nations Information Center, that two student boys were killed in UNRWA schools in Khan Yunis and Beit Hanoun, explaining that UNRWA schools include 28 designated emergency shelters, in addition to 16 non-designated shelters.
UNRWA reported that three UNRWA schools were damaged as a result of collateral damage resulting from air strikes launched by the Israeli armed forces.
Advisor to the Palestinian President, Mahmoud Al-Habbash, confirmed that Israeli intelligence collapsed in the face of a group of fighters who possessed the will of the Palestinian people.
Al-Habbash said - in an exclusive statement to Cairo News Channel on Sunday - “The resistance has proven that Israeli military force alone cannot be able to provide security and stability.”
He added: "The occupation is the cause of all the tragedies that the region is experiencing, and the resistance is a reaction to the occupation over the past period... Israel must realize that the Palestinian people will not surrender."
The Palestinian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates said tonight that it had directed its permanent delegation to the Arab League; To request an emergency meeting of the University Council at the ministerial level.
On the other hand, on Sunday, the Israeli occupation forces arrested 11 Palestinians from various areas in the occupied West Bank.
A number of citizens were injured to varying degrees, today, Sunday, as a result of a series of raids carried out by Israeli occupation aircraft, on a number of buildings, sites and infrastructure in the Gaza Strip, according to Wafa News Agency.
Wafa's correspondent reported that the occupation aircraft bombed with two missiles a building in the Al-Rimal neighborhood, west of Gaza City, and flattened it to the ground, leading to injuries among citizens living in the buildings next to it.
The occupation warplanes also bombed the Palestine Stadium and a main road in its vicinity with a number of missiles, causing destruction and ruin to the place and the infrastructure.
Today, Sunday, Israeli settlers stormed the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque, from the direction of the Mughrabi Gate, under heavy guard by the occupation police.
Eyewitnesses reported that dozens of settlers stormed Al-Aqsa and performed Talmudic rituals in its courtyards.
They added that the occupation police tightened their procedures around Al-Aqsa, and prevented worshipers under the age of 55 from entering it.
