The Palestinian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates called on the UN Security Council to assume its responsibilities in obliging Israel to implement the international justice resolution.
The Ministry confirmed, in a press statement on Tuesday, that Israel is acting and committing more massacres against civilians, and is preventing the entry of aid as if the decisions of the International Court of Justice, the UN Security Council, and the UN General Assembly do not exist at all. The Ministry explained in the statement that this campaign highlights the fascist positions repeated by the extremist duo Smotrich and Ben Gvir and their continuous calls for the restoration of settlement in the Gaza Strip and the deportation of Palestinians from their homes, in light of the low level of responses of some countries to these statements and positions and their remaining within the framework of the traditional stereotype of demands that do not It finds listening Israeli ears as long as it is not linked to any sanctions or pressures that may affect countries’ relations with Israel, and at every stage of the war Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu tries to market more justifications for the continuation of the war of extermination against the Palestinian people.
The Ministry condemned the genocidal war committed by the occupation forces for the 116th day in a row, which is still continuing and sweeping all aspects of the lives of Palestinian civilians, whether through continuing to commit mass massacres by brutal bombing or killing them on the roads, in tents and everywhere, especially in the central and southern areas of the Gaza Strip. .
The Ministry also condemned the crime committed by Israeli special forces at Ibn Sina Hospital in the city of Jenin in the northern West Bank in the morning, in which three young men were killed.
For her part, Minister of Health Mai Alkaila called on the United Nations General Assembly, international institutions and human rights organizations to put an end to the series of daily crimes committed by the occupation against health centers in the Gaza Strip and the West Bank, and to provide the necessary protection for treatment centers and ambulance crews.
Al-Kaila added in a press statement after the martyrdom of the three young men that this crime comes after dozens of crimes committed by the occupation forces against treatment centers and medical staff.
She said: “International law provides general and specific protection for civilian sites, including hospitals, in accordance with the Fourth Geneva Convention and Additional Protocols I and II to the Geneva Conventions of 1977 and The Hague Conventions of 1954.”
Today, Tuesday, Israeli special forces assassinated three Palestinian youths, including two brothers, inside Ibn Sina Hospital in the city of Jenin in the northern occupied West Bank.
The martyrs who were assassinated by the occupation were: the two brothers, Muhammad and Basil Ayman Al-Ghazawi, and Muhammad Walid Jalamna, noting that the martyr Basil was injured and receiving treatment in the hospital since October 25 of last year.
Sources from inside the hospital explained that about 10 members of the Special Forces, disguised in civilian clothes, dressed as doctors and nurses, infiltrated the hospital, headed to the third floor, and assassinated the three young men using silencer pistols.
