The minister added that the exceptional emergency circumstances on the regional and international arenas push everyone towards achieving the highest levels of readiness, vigilance and preparedness to confront various situations and variables through developing the system of joint Islamic military cooperation based on “firm certainty and great confidence in the capabilities and capabilities of our armed forces in carrying out the various roles, tasks and duties entrusted to them.” ".
He expressed the State of Kuwait's appreciation for the great efforts and tireless efforts made by the defense ministers of the coalition countries with the aim of supporting the bonds of cooperation, coordination and joint teamwork among its armed forces.
He stressed that this cooperation has yielded many tangible achievements and results in combating extremist terrorist ideology and the aggressive tendencies it carries through preventive operations aimed at drying up the sources of terrorist financing and through support and assistance to member states to enable them to control this ideology that is alien to the principles and values of the true Islamic religion.
